The Ceado E37Z-Barista is a cutting-edge, commercial espresso grinder that boasts high-capacity and zero retention capabilities due to Ceado's patented SweepOut Dual-Spin technology. This feature reverses the motor after grinding to clear out any retained coffee before your next shot, and can be toggled on or off. With proprietary 83mm flat burrs and a 900W motor, the E37Z-Barista is capable of grinding 5 grams of coffee per second while maintaining incredibly high particle uniformity. Like the other grinders in the E37 series, the E37Z-Barista utilizes a Quick Set Gear for precise and efficient adjustments to your grind setting as well as a Steady Lock feature, ensuring a consistent distance is set between the burrs.
